It has been a while! But we are excited to report that, with the easing of restrictions, our beloved project has its sights firmly set on re-engaging our conservator and framing experts to undertake work on both our lower and upper left, pendant paintings.
We have been busy behind the scenes throughout the pandemic and our Conservation Plan is now complete! There is still an ongoing period of consultation with our relevant partners, but we are delighted to be in receipt of such a rich piece of historical narrative which is both illuminating, and forward thinking: our thanks in particular to Nicholas Uglow and James Legard; indeed all at Simpson and Brown!
